Our Rooms, Apartmens and … Breakfast!

Following extensive renovation, we were able to create four double rooms and five apartments. Our rooms are on the top floor of the estate’s central building. They are spacious (measuring between 20 and 24 square metres), with private bathrooms and windows overlooking the surrounding vineyards. Instead of an impersonal number, these rooms have been given names of our grandparents, aunts and uncles: Renato, Francesca, Teresa and Sibilla.

Each room is characterised by different sizes and colours and the furnishings, some of which come from Susanna’s family and some from local antique dealers, are elegant and typically Tuscan. 

We have dedicated the names of the apartments on the estate to some of the constellations that are visible in the sky at different times of the year. Each one has different dimensions and furnishings, all strictly in Tuscan style, and can accommodate two to six people

Being just a kilometres from San Gimignano we have to respect the legislation for UNESCO World Heritage Sites. It was not possible to add balconies to the rooms during the extensive renovation work but thanks to the fact that each one has at least one window, they all enjoy excellent lighting and an enchanting view over the hills surrounding San Gimignano and the estate’s vineyards. It will be easy to be embraced by the silence of the nature around you and to enjoy the sound of frogs croaking in our pond. Every moment will offer a new opportunity to fully savour the beauty and peace of the countryside.
